5k Your Way

5k your way invites anyone who is living with or beyond cancer, to join in once a month to walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer at parkrun.

A group of people - four women and four men - stand in front of a lake just before they are due to take part in a 5k run to support cancer care and research.

About 5k Your Way

The concept is as simple as always - join us at around 8:50am near the Endcliffe Park cafe. Our Ambassadors will be there to meet you. Everyone is welcome - friends, family, colleagues, dogs, children and anyone working with people affected by cancer. We will be donning our blue T-Shirts once again to walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer at the beautiful course at Endcliffe parkrun. Don't worry if you're not quite feeling up to the full 5km ... it's all about doing it YOUR way and we'll support you (for example, you could do one lap of the course instead of two) - or just come along to watch and get a feel for what we're about.
