• Position: HR Manager – Grade 5
• Reporting to: Head of Governance & Operations
• Job location: Primary base on site; Weston Park Cancer Charity Hub, Whitham Road, Weston Park Cancer Support, Northumberland Road,
  Sheffield or Cavendish Support Centre,Wilkinson Street. With some remote working
• Hours: 17.5 hours per week (Monday–Wednesday) as part of a job-share for a full-time post
• Salary: £31,746 - £37,624 FTE (Our Policy is to recruit at the bottom of the salary grade, unless significant relevant experience can be demonstrated)
• Contract length: Permanent (Subject to 6 months probationary period)

This is a job-share role. The two HR Managers will work closely together to lead the charity’s HR function, overseeing all aspects of day-to-day HR.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including
recruitment, onboarding, performance cycle coordination, talent development and offboarding. The role also includes producing the monthly payroll and calculating annual pay awards.
