Our courses are specially designed for our clients by our expert therapy team.

There’s a range of topics to explore like sleep, nutrition, managing worry, mindfulness, and simple movement - so you can choose what feels right for you.

Take things at your own pace, in your own time, from the comfort of home. It’s free to use and here whenever you feel ready.

Relaxation

Even small changes can support relaxation. Simple practices such as breathing techniques, gentle movement, mindfulness, and guided relaxation audio can help ease tension. These are included in many of our courses.

Better Sleep

Our 21 Days to Better Sleep course is one of our most popular, containing practical techniques to help you nod off and stay asleep!

General Wellbeing

All of our courses are designed to support your general wellbeing and can work safely to complement any medical treatment you may be having.

Movement

Our qualified yoga and shiatsu practitioners can help you to keep your body flexible and aid recovery using gentle stretches.

Nutrition

Good nutrition can support your wellbeing during challenging times. Learn from qualified nutritionists through our popular online courses and live interactive workshops.

Stress and Anxiety
