Anyone affected by cancer can access one hour of free legal advice regarding Wills and lasting Power of Attorney, via an experienced solicitor

Sometimes, it can be hard to know where to start with legalities that my come along with a cancer diagnosis. We work in partnership with Wake Smith Solicitors to offer 1 hour free legal advice to those who are affected by cancer. The solicitor holds appointments at our Cancer Support Centre as well as having over-the-phone appointments and specialises in the writing of Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney.
