Legal advice, Wills and Power of Attorney
If you have been diagnosed or are living with cancer, you may be concerned about what may happen if you die and how it may affect those closest to you.
We appreciate that Will writing is often a difficult process, which is why we are here to help. Ensuring that your Will is up to date could give you comfort and peace of mind.
Knowing that people close to you will receive the things you leave behind can be comforting – both for you and your loved ones.
We can provide you with access to free legal advice via a solicitor when it comes to writing or updating your Will.
They can also offer you free advice on Power of Attorney and how and when this may be required.
