Our Living with Prostate Cancer course is held over 3 sessions, each lasting for 2 hours, at Westfield Health in Sheffield City Centre.
About the course
Our Living with Prostate Cancer course is open to anyone with a prostate cancer diagnosis, regardless of the stage of treatment you are at.
Led by our Healthcare professionals, this three-session course provides information, support, and practical strategies to help you manage the physical and emotional impact of prostate cancer and live as fully and healthily as possible.
Topics covered include:
- PSA levels, testing, and managing hot flushes
- Diet, lifestyle, and prostate cancer
- Stress, anxiety, and coping strategies
The course also offers an opportunity to meet and connect with others who have had similar experiences.

All sessions are held on a Friday at 2pm-4pm
