Your therapist will talk to you about the kind of massage you would prefer. Each type will be delivered safely and is tailored to your needs and condition.

Sports massage

Sports massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma.

Swedish massage

Involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energising.

Warm bamboo massage

Warm bamboo massage is a therapeutic massage using heated bamboo canes. It's an effective way to release stress and tension, using warm bamboo tools of varying lengths and diameters to roll, knead and relax the muscles with deep tissue techniques.

Rock blades

Rock blading is an advanced manual therapy treatment technique. It can be used for relieving different areas of chronic pain throughout the body associated with CIPD (Chemotherapy Induced Peripheral Neuropathy).

Cupping

Silicone cupping therapy delivers a deep layer firm massage with many benefits to the body's fascial network as well as stimulating relaxation. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair.
