Relaxation sessions

We know it can be difficult to switch off when you or a loved one is living with cancer, and we understand how important it is to care for your emotional wellbeing as well as your physical health.

About our Relaxation sessions

We offer a 6-week relaxation course led by our experienced therapists, Sally-Ann and Steph, designed to support anyone affected by cancer — whether you are going through treatment, adjusting after treatment, living with a diagnosis, or caring for a loved one.

Each week explores a different relaxation and visualisation theme, from reconnecting with the body and exploring calming aromas to learning gentle tools and techniques that support both body and mind.

We encourage anyone who connects with our service to consider attending these sessions as part of an ongoing way to support your wellbeing, create space to pause, and give your mind the opportunity to rest.
