About our Relaxation sessions

We know it can be hard to switch off when you or a loved one has cancer, we also understand the importance of looking after your mind as well as your body.
At our Cancer Support Centre, we are offer a 6 week relaxation course with a trained Yoga and Wellbeing Instructor who has vast experience with people going through difficult times due to difficulties related to ill health or bereavement.
Each week has a different visualisation theme ranging from connecting to the body and aroma exploration, to washing away your worries.
Switch off and give your mind some rest by taking part in one of these group sessions on a Tuesday afternoon.
