Why Volunteer
You will be a much-needed support to help staff to raise funds and provide our vital services. Even the smallest of commitments can make a real difference to patients and families.
As a Weston Park Cancer Charity volunteer, you will:
- Help us to raise vital funds for those affected by cancer in the region
- Help us to support the one in two people living with cancer, and their families
- Meet new, like-minded people
- Develop and advance your personal skills
- Volunteer alongside our team at our popular fundraising events
- You’ll gain unique experiences and new skills
- Enjoying some time with patients, family members, staff and other volunteers - we’re all one big team
- Be fully supported and receive relevant training for your role

What difference can I make?
