Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a non-touch therapy which will relax you. It’s practiced fully clothed while sitting in a reclining chair or lying down.

You will take a 45-minute visualisation journey with our expert therapist, Sarah – reducing stress and anxiety and improving your mood.

Feel free to take away techniques, too – they may help you relax and get better sleep!
